DELIVERY

Local Deliveries

All purchases will be delivered to the address stipulated in your order.
 Standard delivery postage applies for all deliveries within Malaysia, however you can enjoy free shipping for orders over RM300.

International Deliveries

Each order will be individually quoted at checkout based on the location.

There may be additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and which will be responsible by you.

RETURNS

Returns

If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need a receipt or proof of payment to complete your return.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a damaged or faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. Please contact us via email to arrange for collection and return.  We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace it instantly.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  Replaced goods will be subjected to availability.  If said item is unavailable,  the price of the item as paid by you will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.  Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.

Incorrect Order

If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, please contact us via email within 30 days to arrange collection and return. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace it instantly.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  Replaced goods will be subjected to availability.  If said item is unavailable,  the price of the item as paid by you will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.  Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.

REFUNDS

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. 

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our teething range.

SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases will be delivered to the address stipulated in your order.  In the event we are unable to deliver to the said address, we will contact you and offer a refund or arrange an alternative shipping address.
You are obliged to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety standards and the general appropriateness of the product offered to you. You shall exercise your due care and diligence when using the product for yourself and/or any third party, and to the extent permitted by laws, you shall release from and indemnify us against all liability, cost, loss and/or expenses arising out of your use any of any of the products including (but not limited to) loss of income, loss of opportunity, personal injury and damage to your property, whether direct or consequential or, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
